Principal Jesse Reeves has over 22 years of experience in the staffing and search industries. For first 11 years Jesse’s career he was with a national staffing company achieving the role of Vice President toward the end of those 11 years. The last 11 years have been spent as an entrepreneur, starting founding of his own search and staffing company, and then acquiring two other search firms in the Delaware Valley, with the most recent acquisition being The Network Search.

Senior Recruiter Donna Diver Vinton, a Wilmington native, graduated from The Tatnall School and West Chester University with a degree in Psychology. She has been affiliated with Network Search for 11 years. Donna recruits in the legal, administration and Trust areas.

My name is Maureen Hilliard and this will be my seventh year at Network Search as a Legal Recruiter. I work with; Paralegals, Legal Secretaries and Administrative Candidates. We work with most of the larger Law Firms here in Wilmington with their direct hire needs. I really do enjoy the people that I work with and for, and gain a lot of satisfaction in the process of someone bettering their livelihood and lives through employment.

Ira Barkan joined Network Search in 2007 after thirty years in the IT industry with DuPont and Accenture. He had a varied career working in application development, data center operations and supply chain planning. Ira has been successfully recruiting for positions in IT, finance and engineering. Ira is a Philadelphia native and has been a Wilmington resident for thirty years.
